If the problem with the product is minor, we will offer a free repair. If the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, you may choose a replacement or refund. -
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:-
The product must be in the same condition as you received it unless it is faulty.

Major Failure in Services
If there is a major problem with a service you purchased, you are entitled to a refund or compensation for the reduction in value of the service, or you may cancel the contract for the service and receive a refund. -
Minor Problems with Services
If there is a minor problem with the service, we will rectify the issue by re-performing the service at no additional cost within a reasonable time.
Change of Mind
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product or service, unless this is explicitly stated in our store policy. However, at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange for change-of-mind purchases if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Goods
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at snootup@gmail.com Subject 'Refund/Replacement Request'. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Shipping Costs
If the product is faulty or significantly different from its description, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns (if accepted), you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
